TEVERUNUSA stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, aiming to meet and exceed every customer’s expectation. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase experience within 14 days, we are happy to assist with a replacement or refund (This valid purchase is only available on teverunusa.com).

Return Period
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt (subject to the latest logistics update).

Return Application Process
Before initiating a return, please send a return email to 📧 mkt2@teverun.com
, preferably including a photo or video showing any damage.
Once approved by TEVERUNUSA, Customer Support will provide the return address. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals, and customers are responsible for secure packaging.
Please return the product within 7 days of approval and provide the tracking number and query link, otherwise the request will be considered expired.

Return Types

Cancellation of Orders Not Yet Shipped
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Cancellation of Shipped Orders
Once a parcel has been dispatched and cannot be intercepted, please contact Customer Support upon receiving the parcel to initiate a return.
Customers are responsible for associated shipping fees.

Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are charged immediately, regardless of the expected shipping date.
After payment, refer to the section above for the return process.

Delivered Orders
Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transport, contact 📧 mkt2@teverun.com
 for return & refund; TEVERUNUSA will cover return shipping.
The original purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 business days after receiving the returned product.

Used Items
Returns are not accepted for used items, except in extreme cases of breakage or malfunction.

Non-Official Website Purchases
Please follow the return & refund policy of the purchasing platform or store.

Note: This website only accepts valid purchases from teverunusa.com. Products purchased through other platforms (or distributors) must be returned via the original platform or shop.

Return Notes

Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, invoice, etc.) when applying for a return.

Products must be intact, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and complimentary items. Labels and logos must show no signs of tampering.

Unauthorized returns or COD returns will be rejected.

The return policy only applies to purchases made directly from teverunusa.com.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
